Created in 1974, Weil & Associates provides a full range of legal services to multinational companies as well as Court representation. The firms areas of expertise include French Employment and Labour Law, Commercial Litigation and Arbitration, White Collar Crime, IP/IT, Regulatory affairs, M&A, Bankruptcy and Business reorganization. He is former President of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE), he chairs the European Committee of the German Federal Bar, is Council member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and is a European Commission legal expert. Partners at the firm are regularly called on to speak at conferences hosted by the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
