Mr. Erdem Balkan, advises clients on employment strategies, compliance, cross-border projects, and employee mobility. He is involved in internal investigations and audit processes across competition, employment and data protection law. A graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law, he holds LL.M. degrees from İstanbul Bilgi University on business law and Vanderbilt University on media and entertainment law. He provides strategic guidance in complex cases, focusing on practical, tailored, and solution-oriented legal advice.

Ms. Nihan Paşavul is experienced in drafting and structuring employment contracts, termination notices, internal policies, and performance and incentive schemes. With a strong focus on compliance, she ensures that documentation and HR practices align with Turkish legislation while meeting the operational needs of global businesses.
