The team of about 40 attorneys working in the area of employment law have high levels of expertise in domestic and international restructuring. One of Seitz' particular strengths is the experience gained over many years in the area of collective bargaining. This enables us to provide our clients with strategic advice and create solutions in legally and politically challenging situations.
While Seitz main focus is consultation and advice in the areas of labour and employment law, the firm with a total of about 60 lawyers provides further support for its clients in tax law, corporate law and IP law.
We generally advise the employer’s side. We mainly represent are mainly large companies, but also SMEs and private individuals (e.g. professional sportsmen and sportswomen). Some of our major projects at the moment include carve-outs for OSRAM and Bayer as well as large restructuring projects for Karstadt/Kaufhof (Signa), Flowserve and Sony.
