Colleen is a member of the International Labour and Employment Law Committee of the American Bar Association, European Employment Lawyers Association and is due to speak at an ABA conference chairing an international panel on the impact of the Metoo# movement on Pay Equity. She is also on the standing committee on Sexual Harassment ELA (UK) committee.
