Innangard is pleased to announce the appointment of Carl-Fredrik Hedenström and Patrícia Perestrelo to its Board, effective 1 February 2026 as voted in its latest AGM meeting.

Carl-Fredrik Hedenström is the Founding Partner of CFH Law, a boutique Swedish law firm with over 25 years' experience handling complex employment law issues, often with an international dimension. Carl-Fredrik has worked with multinational companies on their employment law needs in Sweden, handling both day-to-day legal matters and larger projects including mass redundancies and whistleblowing issues.

Patrícia Perestrelo is a Professional Partner at Abreu Advogados in Portugal, one of the country's Big Four full-service independent law firms with over 30 years of experience in the Portuguese market. Patrícia leads the firm's employment law department, a team of 13 lawyers, one of the largest in the country. Patrícia and her team have extensive experience advising on all employment law matters and representing clients in litigation before labour courts and higher courts, regularly handling major operations and the challenges companies face in managing human capital in an era of technological transformation.

Their expertise in employment law, experience leading successful practices, and deep understanding of the international legal market will be invaluable as Innangard continues to solidify its position as the leading global employment law alliance.
