She explores the legal provisions that allow the state to maintain a certain level of minimum services in the case of strike action or in the case of any other labour disruption or conflict. Mercedes talks about her professional experience in the resolution of labour disputes in Argentina, with special emphasis on the management of disputes arising from collective bargaining in the aviation sector and how the exercise of the right to strike is regulated in Argentina.
